In 1976, 40 years ago, Richard Bogert was a student at Clover Park Vocational Technical Institute. He was in his last year of A&P school. His dream was to have his own shop before he ever left the farm to go to school. He started Bogert Aviation in 1983 and has been operating it ever since.This is a excerpt from the school newspaper about "Dick" Bogert representing all of Washington States, Vocational Technical Institutes.
