SHIPPING POLICIES

 

Bogert Aviation Inc. ships in stock items as soon as possible, but this may not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. EXCEPTIONS:

• USPS Express: All Express mail will ship same day if order is received prior to shipping cut off time of 10:00 am PST.
• USPS Priority Mail: Is considered ground service, it is not a guaranteed service. Order will ship same day if received prior to shipping cut off time of 10:00 am PST. This service has an estimated 6-10 day transit time.
• UPS: 1 day, 2 day, and 3 day packages will ship same day if order is received prior to shipping cut off time of 1:00 pm PST.
• FedEx: Overnight, 2 day, and Express Saver will ship same day if order is received prior to shipping cut off time of 1:00 pm PST.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email, you will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Bogert Aviation Inc. does ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you are ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.

 

 

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

All items with a value of more than $100 are shipped signature required; please plan accordingly. We will be happy to remove the signature requirement on request; please contact ­­­Support via email at info@bogert-av.com and be sure to include your order number. Please note that by removing signature requirement you will be accepting responsibility of package once it has been delivered by the carrier.  USPS requires an adult 21 years of age or older to release the package.
