The 15X Nitrogen Adapter Kit (19M-15XNK) is a modification for the 15X STRUT PUMP that will let the mechanic use cheap shop air to compress bottled nitrogen eliminating nitrogen waste. Virtually the entire nitrogen tank can be boosted to service high pressure devices. This modification prevents excess nitrogen loss during service, maximizing efficiency. Allows for use of shop air on inlet side and nitrogen on high pressure side. This is only for use on the 19M-15X product and can be purchased as an option with 19M-15X strut pump or installed in the field on an existing unit.

The 15x is an asset. I would suggest that Bogert offer longer more flexible hose lengths. I am going to modify mine to a longer more flexible high pressure hose that will accept
different nitrogen fittings. It was quite awkward using it the first time. I had to sit it on an a box to service a Cessna 340B. We are brainstorming a way to set it up on a service cart that will provide shop air when we go on a ramp service call. We are thinking of a big compressor holding tank we have sitting in the corner. Will keep you posted.
