P-Leads are a critical part of the ignition system. They are often overlooked but are vital to safety and airworthiness. We offer new P-Leads built and tested by skilled technicians using superior materials. These P-Leads are intended for the Bendix Scintilla, Eiseman or Magnetos on Radial Engines, Inline Allison, or Rolls Royce Engines - typically found on war birds.
Bogert Aviation fabricates P-Leads to your specifications as an "Owner-Produced Part" in accordance with FAA FAR 21.303. These P-Leads are fabricated using 14 gauge shielded cable, genuine terminal kits, and additional strain reliefs. Each P-Lead is inspected and tested. It is the responsibility of the installing agency to certify that the P-Lead is airworthy and matches the requirements of the aircraft before installation.
