It was evident that something needed to be done for operators of the Beechcraft King Air Series and the Cessna 421C, 414, 425, 441, the Pilatus PC12 and the Piper PA46 models. Bogert Aviation designed portable axle pin system that safely lifts one wheel at a time for routine maintenance tasks.  

In that same spirit, Bogert Aviation introduced a number of products that change the way aircraft maintenance is performed. We are all about making it easier and safer.

I have run into an issue three times in the last couple of months, where the p-lead doesn’t touch the contact in the magneto. The p-leads were made correctly. In the first two cases, the aircraft originally had the standard AN3105 p-lead terminal. That terminal is longer than the Bendix terminal and it bent the flat contact spring inside the magneto. When the Bendix terminal was installed, it was a few thousands of an inch from touching the spring.
