Planting seeds - New Product Ideas

I grew up on a farm. You learn that you can't have a crop unless you plant some seeds. Even when you plant the seeds not all of them will survive. Those that do, may take some time before you can harvest. I plant seeds, knowing that it may take years for them to grow. You have to be patient. Some things happen fast and some don't.
Some of the ideas I've had didn't go anywhere. Some have done well. WE work on purhaps 40 projects a year. Some are small and some pretty major but they all take time.
